The CoHT deals with the American Frontier in many different areas and eras. As the frontier moved West, the Kentucky frontier happens to fall in the mid to late 1700's. That is the time frame KY CoHT generally focuses on. From the early explorer, trader and longhunter to the Revolutionary War Fort dwellers, farmers, British/Woodland Indians and early town residents. All are celebrated and researched by various CoHT members. Yet, the CoHT is not just these but many other locations and time periods.
