May 2 - 6th Stone Mountain Frontier Days The GA CoHT has been supporting this event for the past several years and have a great time doing it. Stone Mountain provides meals for all CoHT participants; period correct (1600 - 1860) camps and demonstrations are required. Schools are brought in on Thursday and Friday, the general public comes in on the weekend. Early set-up is permitted on Wednesday. No camps can come in or be taken down during the park's business hours - be aware that you will need to wait until after 5 pm to bring a car in to unoad/load. POC is Ms. Linda Whittington Email:

Space is available for tents, some folks MAY be able to stay in the village houses. Firewood is free. Dinner is provided on Saturday night, and we have traditionally gone swimming afterwards. August 30 - September 3 6th Annual GA CoHT Gathering at Talton Woods near Dawsonville in the North GA mountains. Time period is 1600 – 1859. Wood, Straw, Hooters provided. Saturday community supper. Shoots and competitions on blanket prize system. Events for men, women and children. Early registration (July 1 – August 15) camp fee is $10.00 and at-camp registration camp fee is $15.00. Early setup on Wednesday, August 29th. Guests of a CoHT member must camp with that member. Non members may join the CoHT at registration or at camp.
